Julie hails from the heart of Maryland. Her legal journey has been guided by an unwavering passion for justice. After earning her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Fairmont State University, she pursued her Juris Doctorate at the University of Baltimore School of Law, a path intertwined with family legacy. Following law school, Julie honed her skills at the United States Department of Justice where she worked on complex federal matters at all stages of the cases. With a versatile background spanning personal injury to family law, Julie’s commitment to the legal realm remained steadfast.

Showcasing her resilience and compassion, Julie transitioned to teaching during her husband’s battle with cancer. Now, returning to her legal roots, Julie joins our firm, driven by a profound desire to continue aiding those in need. Her combination of legal education and experience and her background in teaching provide her with a unique ability to navigate the law while providing guidance and education to our clients.

Julie resides in Maryland, cherishing moments with her three children, a grandson, and awaiting the arrival of another grandchild. An aficionado of seafood and the seaside, she savors leisure time with loved ones and her beloved Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix.
